Peering out into the world, sensing the din and busyness.

I took these photos on December 15, 2024. I passed by this pine tree where I had seen a raccoon a few weeks ago. (Link to the post below: “Dreams of Spring.”)
I saw someone peeking out.
They were watching me watch them.
I took a few photos and wished them a sleepy and comfy afternoon.
