Stunning photography and photo, Neil. It’s a contemplative moment to share with your writing. Thank you! I also want to comment that the green in the photos is soothing to look at. I’ve heard that certain bands of green light act as pain relievers.

Thanks Heidi and that's a great point about the green colours. This was early morning and the sun hadn't shone in that portion of the park. It does have a soothing shade to it though now that you mention it.

I often watch my bird as he stations himself on his window perch and watches the world in the morning...wondering what he is thinking, what he is absorbing:)
